WASHINGTON, DC–Skanska USA has topped out at RESA, signaling the last pour of the concrete on the roof level at the 12-story, 326-unit luxury building.
RESA is located at 22 M St, NE between North Capitol and First Streets, NE, in the NoMA neighborhood. Mark Carroll, head of Skanska's real estate development operations, says that there was strong collaboration in NoMa between the community, planners and residents on the project.
RESA, which is located one and a half blocks from the NoMa/Gallaudet U Metro station, is part of Skanska's Tyber Place, a three-building, mixed-use development that will have 585,000 square feet of office space, 326 apartments, 30,000 square feet of restaurants and retail and an open-air courtyard. Over 7,000 square feet of retail will be delivered in the first phase.
