Saint Ann Court

DALLAS—Boston Consulting Group recently renewed its lease in the Harwood District. The consulting firm renewed the 69,624-square-foot space at Harwood No. 6–Saint Ann Court and will continue occupying approximately three floors of Harwood No. 6, according to development firm Harwood International.

Hannah Waidmann and Kelly Whaley of Harwood International negotiated the lease with Harlan Davis, Neal Puckett and Phil Puckett of CBRE.

“BCG signed their lease in 2008, marking 10 years of our valuable long-term partnership,” said Whaley.

Designed by Los Angeles-based Shimoda Design Group, Saint Ann Court opened in 2009 and is the sixth of 18 phases planned by Harwood International. Saint Ann Restaurant & Bar is located next to Saint Ann Court on the first level of the two-story red brick building. The second level houses The Ann and Gabriel Barbier-Mueller Museum: The Samurai Collection.

Other special features for tenants and visitors include the Rockefeller Sky Garden over the 11-story parking garage, Mercat Bistro, valet parking and a private fitness center with Technogym equipment overlooking the Saint Ann Court garden.

“In today's highly competitive labor market, only one in three US workers has an optimal workplace experience,” Whaley tells GlobeSt.com. “The Harwood District's amenities and intelligent design aim to provide tenants like BCG with a competitive workplace advantage in both the talent attraction and talent retention arenas.”

BCG is one of several companies on the list of Harwood tenants, which includes Amegy Bank, Frost Bank, HollyFrontier, Jones Day, MoneyGram, Polsinelli, Rolex and Winstead. Tenants are in walking distance to the city's most notable attractions including the Katy Trail, American Airlines Center, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Mercat Bistro, Magnolias: Sous Le Pont, Marie Gabrielle Restaurant and Gardens, The Grove at Harwood, Happiest Hour, Dolce Riviera and the Dallas Arts District. Harwood is contained within 18 city blocks.

“Harwood District serves as a community for our tenants and is unique because of its prime location in Dallas,” said Jessica Young, director of marketing, Harwood International. “Our unmatchable amenities and services are enjoyed district-wide rather than what a single building can offer. With a Walk Score of 92, seven restaurants, a museum and over 8 acres of green space, there are plenty of ways for our tenants to network and connect outside of their office.”

BCG partners with clients from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors in all regions to identify the highest-value opportunities. Founded in 1963, BCG is a private company with offices in more than 90 cities in 50 countries.
