MIAMI–Crocker Partners and Rialto Capital Management have acquired the Boca Raton Innovation Campus for a reported $179 million, according to Real Capital Analytics.

The 125-acre business park was sold by Farallon Capital Management and Next Tier HD, according to news accounts. The new owners plan to hold the property for the long term and make upgrades to the buildings, they told reporters.

In a separate transaction, Crocker Partners has also just recapitalized its ownership in One Boca Place, with Rockwood Capital buying out Wheelock Street Capital.
