SAN DIEGO—Newmark Grubb Knight Frank continues to grow its Southern California presence with the addition of senior managing directors Christopher High and Steve Bruce. High and Bruce expand NGKF's presence throughout San Diego County, as well as nationally, in the areas of landlord representation, tenant representation, and investment sales exclusively for the office property sector. They are also joined by associate Conor Evans and senior marketing coordinator Savannah Arce.
The new NGKF office property team represents more than 2.1 million square feet of office space. Some of its landlord clients have included Bixby Land Company, Bollert LeBeau, Clarion, Cruzan, Cypress, DRA Advisors, Equity Office Properties, Hines, JP Morgan, Kilroy Realty, LBA Realty, LNR, Shea Properties, TA Associates, TIAA and Westbrook.
“NGKF is deeply committed to the San Diego market and focused on growing our presence throughout the area,” said NGKF regional managing director Greg May. “Chris and Steve will play a major role in building a landlord advisory practice that will be closely aligned with our robust Capital Markets group. In the past 12 months NGKF has more than doubled the number of brokers in San Diego and we look forward to continuing our plans of attracting top-tier producers”.
