RIVERDALE, MD—As work on Calvin Cafritz Enterprises' Riverdale Park Station proceeds, three retailers have signed on to join the mixed-use project on Route 1 that broke ground last year.
They are Burton's Grill and Bar, which has leased 6,808 square feet, Comcast, which is taking 4,591 square feet and Jersey Mike's Subs, which is leasing 1,575 square feet.
H&R Retail's Geoffrey Mackler, David Ward, and Sebastian Restifo represented the landlord in the transactions.
