WASHINGTON, DC–CBRE has lost a number of its capital markets and sales people to rival firms over the last few weeks.
Most recently Institutional Property Advisors Capital Markets announced it has snapped up Erik Binkowski, who joined the firm a few weeks ago as a senior director in the Washington, DC office.
Cushman & Wakefield also just announced that David Dorros, Sean Hayes and Chris McGlone joined to lead the National Loan and Portfolio Sale Advisory group.
