BETHESDA, MD–The JBG Cos. has announced its new headquarters will be located at 4747 Bethesda Ave., a trophy office building it is developing in Bethesda's Downtown that will be delivered in Q3 of 2019.
JBG SMITH, as the company will be called then, following its merger with Vornado Realty's spin off, will occupy the lower floors. It currently is located at 4445 Willard Ave. in Chevy Chase, Md.
By locating in Maryland, JBG SMITH will bring 138 jobs to the state and create 55 entirely new positions, in addition to the 230 workers that will remain, Gov. Hogan said in a prepared statement.
The property is located three blocks to Bethesda Metro station.
