NEW YORK CITY-Seward & Kissel has renewed its lease and expanded space at One Battery Park Plaza, aka 24 State St. with a 20-year deal for 150,000 square feet of space, from 19th floor to 24th floor. The asking rent was $45 per square foot.

The Rose Associates and Rudin Family joint venture owns the 35-story building. CB Richard Ellis' Andrew Sussman, Brian Gell, Lewis Miller and Richard Levine represented the tenant and Rudin Management's Tom Keating represented the proprietors in house. For the full story, go to New York Post.
