DALLAS-The developer, who is preparing to renovate the Butler Brothers Building located beside Dallas' City Hall, has plans to break ground on the $55-million renovation next week. Alterra 500 South Ervay LLC will break ground on the building on October 24.
The project will include 250 apartment units, a 200-room Hilton-branded hotel and approximately 21,000 square feet retail, restaurant and event space. The architect on the development is Merriman Associates/Architects. Alterra 500 South Ervay is Alterra International's limited liability company. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
