BLOOMINGTON, MN - Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq represented CBRE Global Investors in the sale of France Place to Frauenshuh Cos. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

France Place is a nine-story, 204,245 square foot office building located at 3601 Minnesota Dr., just off France Avenue South. It houses such tenants as Jostens, Bank of America, Waddell & Reed, All State Insurance, and Charles Schwab. The sale closed on Jan. 11. Scott Pollock, executive director at C&W/NorthMarq, and his team worked with CBRE Global Investors, who managed the sale on behalf of the Orange County Retirement System, Santa Ana, CA. The property was owned by France Place Corp. In addition to Pollock, C&W/NorthMarq's John McCarthy, executive director and Larissa Champeau, associate, worked with CBRE. This is the second recent sale that C&W/NorthMarq has secured with Frauenshuh. C&W/NorthMarq represented Principal Real Estate Investors in the sale of Southdale Square, 2900 W. 66th St. in Richfield, to Frauenshuh, which closed on Nov. 27, 2012.
