DALLAS-Historic Dallas High School is being redeveloped as a high-density transit apartment community at the Pearl/Arts District DART station in downtown Dallas.
The Dallas Buisness Journal says the 500-unit apartment community will include 75 apartments within the 1907 historic building and amenities including a fitness center and club room.
The additons to the property will wrap around the historic building on the 5.4 acres of land in downtown Dallas.
Trammall Crow Co. is the project developer. Real estate sources say they expect the project to get underway by the end of the year, and last week the project architect posted renderings and descriptions of the project on its website.
