FORT LAUDERDALE, FL—110 Tower is on a bona fide leasing roll. The class A office building in Downtown Fort Lauderdale has inked 51,289 square feet of office space over the past 12 months.

Cushman & Wakefield, 110 Tower's leasing team, reports the office building is attracting a variety of businesses from across different industries. Sato Global Solutions, a new to market global technology company, Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard Smith, a national, full-service law firm, Shook Hardy, an international law firm, Empire Executive Office, virtual office suites, and Dunkin Donuts are among the new tenants.
