COLUMBUS—Lee & Associates continues to expand across the country and has just opened an office in Columbus, OH, its second office in the state. As reported in GlobeSt.com, last summer the firm set up shop in Cleveland, its 50th overall in North America. After that Lee also opened offices in the Denver, Houston and Eastern Pennsylvania markets.

The newest office comes from a merger with Columbus-based Ruscilli Real Estate Services. Founders and principals Tim Kelton, Mike Spencer, Dax Hudson and Todd Spencer will head the office. In the last ten years the group has leased or sold over 22 million square feet of space and developed or sold over 750 acres of office, industrial and retail land. In Central OH, they currently lease and manage a portfolio of about 6 million square feet of space for private and institutional investors.

“Lee & Associates - Columbus, and its team of Tim, Mike, Dax and Todd, is a big step for Lee in expanding into a key market in the Midwest region,” says Jeffrey Rinkov, the company's chief executive officer. “In addition to our other offices in the Midwest, coupled with this team's experience market knowledge and client base, our national network will strengthen exponentially.”
