AUSTIN--MLK Real Estate Capital has arranged the equity financing for two class B office building acquisitions by Valor Capital Partners (VCP) in Austin: Center Creek Plaza and The Wells Fargo Tower.
The two properties total over 112,000 rentable square feet.
“Austin has been one of the fastest growing cities in the United States for over 20 years, presenting an incredible opportunity for real estate operators,” Solomon Kinraich, co-founder and managing principal at MLK Real Estate Capital, told GlobeSt.com. “With direct access to the city center, these properties are an ideal investment and show significant potential for value growth.”
Center Creek Plaza is a three-story building at 1812 Center Creek Plaza Drive, while The Wells Fargo Tower is a five-story building located at 2028 E. Ben White Blvd.
“VCP is delighted with the closing of these two properties and we continue to focus on Austin as one of the most promising and desirable commercial office markets in the U.S.,” Roy Bajtel, managing partner of VCP, said in a release.
