ATLANTA—A commercial real estate company that carries the name of honest Abe is doing deals left and right in the Southeast. Lincoln Harris and its affiliate Lincoln Property Co. are hitting on all cylinders.
Lincoln Property Company just secured two industrial leases totaling just over 128,000 square feet at Westridge Logistics Center. The industrial asset is located in the South Atlanta submarket of McDonough, GA. Lincoln's Denton Shamburger represented the landlord, Hillwood in both transactions.
Built in 2007, the two-building Westridge Logistics Center spans 324,112 square feet. The rear loading project features a high-dock-door-to-square-foot ratio, generous truck courts, trailer storage. The site is close to area amenities and has two access points to Interstate 75.
