Steven Bronstein

MIAMI—Steven Bronstein has returned to Cushman & Wakefield. The 30-year commercial real estate veteran—and pioneer of the firm's New York retail division will serve as senior director of Retail & Multi-Use Brokerage in the firm's Miami office.

During the 1980s, Bronstein was a top producer nationally. He led accounts of Brentano's Victoria Station, BMW of North America, Saks Fifth Avenue and other prominent New York retailers. That work paved the way for CushWake's New York retail division, in which he served as office and director.

“Steven, as the original founder of Cushman & Wakefield's New York retail practice, bridged the national and international retail gap, bringing the firm on par with its competitors,” Larry Richey, managing principal and Florida Market Leader, tells GlobeSt.com. “He will add tremendous value to Cushman & Wakefield's retail and multi-use operations in Florida as well as representing global retail tenants.”
