NEW YORK CITY—Global immigration law firm with Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP has signed a 108,000-square-foot lease deal at 1400 Broadway.
Fragomen, which has 40 offices in 20 countries, currently houses its New York City operations at 7 Hanover Square. The law firm will occupy three floors at 1400 Broadway, a 37-story 927,683-square-foot office building owned by Empire State Realty Trust.
The law firm will join a tenant roster that includes Interpublic Group of Companies, OnDeck, Mott MacDonald, and the corporate executive offices of Burlington Coat Factory and Kohl's at the building located at the northeast corner of 38th St. and Broadway.
