The renovation project will modernize the facility, however there were no specific details about what the plan entails. CalPortland has done business in the San Bernardino market for 125 years, and these plans reaffirm the company's commitment to the market.

SAN DIEGO—Kleege Enterprises has acquired Canyon Estates, an 88-space mobile home park in San Diego, from Estrella De Jong for $9.8 million. The property sits on 18.8 acres, and it was sold as a value-add opportunity. Ciara Trujillo, David Santistevan, and Gunder Creager of Colliers International represented the seller in the transaction.
CARLSBAD, CA—An office with lab space has traded hands between two unnamed private investors for $13 million. Located at 2350 Campbell Place, the 41,516-square-foot property is occupied by ViaSat. Ben Tashakorian and Scott Hilmen represented the seller in the transaction.
LOS ANGELES—Champion Real Estate Co. has sold entitled mixed-use property for $23.3 million to Airport Holdings. The property is located 1717 N Las Palmas and is entitled for residential and retail units. Champion sold the property to focus on unimproved cash flow investments, hold, and re-entitle projects for development and resale.
SAN DIEGO—A private investor has the Taco Bell and Shops, a 18,175-square-foot, strip center in the city of San Diego for $14 million from MRV, a private investor. The property is leased to a Taco Bell, El Pollo Loco, Pick Up Stix, AT&T and T-Mobile. CBRE's Phillip Voorhees, Slusher, Megan Wood, Matt Burson, Kirk Brummer, Preston Fetrow, John Read and Reg Kobzi represented the seller in the transaction.

DENVER—Westcore has signed three office leases at its properties in the Denver area. The leases are at 303 South Technology Court, Broomfield, CO, 67 Inverness Drive East, Englewood, CO, and 8181 East Tufts Avenue, Denver, CO. They total 200,000 square feet and are valued at $36 million.
THOUSAND OAKS, CA—Valle Vista, a 63,000-square-foot office building, is already 50% leased following a recent renovation with a total of seven new leases. The property was formerly the headquarters for General Motors. Mark Leonard, a principal of Lee & Associates, handles leasing for the property.
IRVINE, CA—Premier Business Centers is opening a new Irvine executive office suite location in the 4-story Airport Tower Plaza at 2082 Michelson Drive. The three-floor and 31,500-square-foot space has 81 offices, mini suites and conference rooms.
ORANGE, CA—A2B Legal, Mirage Entertainment Design, and Triton Community Development have leased space at Stadium Place, a 62,000-square-foot property in Orange. The leases total 8,200 square feet. The value of the leases was not disclosed. Phil Fridd of Lee & Associates represented the landlord in the transactions.
