LOS ANGELES—CalPortland has announced plans for a $61 million improvement program of its Oro Grande plant in San Bernardino County. The renovation project will modernize the facility, however there were no specific details about what the plan entails. CalPortland has done business in the San Bernardino market for 125 years, and these plans reaffirm the company's commitment to the market.

SAN DIEGO—Kleege Enterprises has acquired Canyon Estates, an 88-space mobile home park in San Diego, from Estrella De Jong for $9.8 million. The property sits on 18.8 acres, and it was sold as a value-add opportunity. Ciara Trujillo, David Santistevan, and Gunder Creager of Colliers International represented the seller in the transaction.
