Spirit Realty

DALLAS—Harwood No. 3 is located at 2727 N. Harwood, in one of the fastest growing districts in the country. The office site is known for its walkability and tenant amenities. In fact, the Harwood campus is growing in popularity for corporate relocations, according to its leasing team.

One of the most recent moves was from Spirit Realty Capital Inc., which recently relocated its Scottsdale, AZ-based headquarters to the district of Harwood. Spirit Realty Capital is a net-lease REIT that invests in and manages a portfolio primarily of single-tenant real estate assets throughout the United States.

Spirit signed 30,620 rentable square feet at Harwood No. 3. Jihane A. Boury, vice president and director of leasing for Harwood International, negotiated the lease with Peery Wood, Chris Sido and Brad Anderson of CBRE.

“Spirit Realty was one of the major corporate relocations to the DFW Metroplex this year,” said Boury.

With a Walk Score of 92, Harwood offers a wealth of progressive culture, independent spirit and calming nature–all within 18 city blocks. Tenants will be in walking distance to the city's most notable attractions including the Katy Trail, American Airlines Center, The Ann and Gabriel Barbier-Mueller Museum: The Samurai Collection, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Saint Ann Restaurant and Bar, Happiest Hour, Mercat Bistro, Magnolias Café, Marie Gabrielle Restaurant and Gardens, The Grove at Harwood and the Dallas Arts District.

“We continually strive to attract corporate relocations to our district. Our vertical campus is 97% leased, and we are growing our 18-city block campus now more than ever with the recent launch of our next luxury office tower, Harwood No. 10,” Boury tells GlobeSt.com. “Many corporations have chosen Harwood as their home, more specifically law firms and financial institutions. Walkability is a large factor, and with a Walk Score of 92, Harwood offers one of the most walkable areas in Dallas. We now have seven restaurants within the district, including the newly opened Dolce Riviera at the ground level of Frost Tower.”
