RICHARDSON, TX—There is more development afoot at CityLine. The Residences at CityLine are now under construction at the corner of Foxboro and CityLine Drives. The 32 homes are the only single-family dwellings available at the development, according to CityLine and Centre Living Homes.
CityLine also includes a total of 1,900 apartment and townhome units, including Anthem CityLine, Lot Apartments and The Standard at CityLine. CityLine Park Apartments, the Lyla Apartments and the Riley Apartments are currently also under construction.
“We expect to have a very diverse crowd at the Residences at CityLine,” Trevor Brickman, president of Centre Living Homes, tells GlobeSt.com. “Families will be able to take advantage of a stellar school district, detached homes and larger floorplan options. Our townhomes are also great for younger couples and single executive types who want a smaller home that doesn't require much maintenance so that they can travel easily, but still have extra room for when friends and family visit. We've also seen that many empty nesters previously living in the suburbs have started buying our homes in the downtown Dallas area and Richardson would be an even closer move.”
