Bryan Heights residential

DALLAS—Developed by EKO Construction, Bryan Heights, one of East Dallas' newest townhouse projects, will provide access to some of the city's trendiest neighborhoods and is being credited as a springboard for the transformation taking place there. Bryan Heights is located at 4705 Grigsby Ave.

Jonathan Rosen, CEO and co-founder of The Collective Residential, a boutique luxury brokerage firm, was recently named the exclusive listing agent for the project.

“Bryan Heights is already acting as a catalyst for the renewal and rapid change that is taking place in East Dallas,” says Rosen. “Owning one of these unique townhouses essentially puts all of Dallas at your fingertips, giving you the most desirable amenities and aspects of high-rise living in a location that provides an element of convenience you can't find anywhere else.”

The property is located within walking distance of Jimmy's Food Store, one of Dallas' most beloved food establishments, and just minutes from Downtown, Uptown, Deep Ellum, Lower Greenville, Knox/Henderson and White Rock Lake. Essentially, Bryan Heights is close to many of the dining and nightlife spots that residents seek.

“It is anchored by a four-corner retail pocket that is great for renewal,” Brad Winters, EKO Construction co-founder, tells GlobeSt.com. “Jimmy's Italian Market was the cornerstone and provides walkability to Uptown and Downtown. It has that sense of neighborhood that is a big deal for us and at a price point that is hard to find in the area.”

Phase one will be comprised of 41 of 135 three-story townhouses, ranging in size from 1,500 to 1,600 square feet. Units will feature an open living concept with two bedrooms, two full and one half-bath, a two-car garage and customizable interior packages (light and dark), which will allow owners to tailor the aesthetics of each individual unit. Each townhouse will have its own front door color, creating personality and uniqueness within the property.

“Plans are available in different sizes, some with private yards, green spaces and views of the city,” Rosen tells GlobeSt.com. “You don't find this type of property in the mid-300s.”

Pre-selling of phase one units, which are scheduled for completion in August 2017, is underway. Unit prices range from $359,000 to $379,000.

“We see Bryan Heights as an opportunity to have a positive impact in a neighborhood we've had a vision for since 2014,” said Winters. “We've used the highest quality materials to construct an innovative, landmark project but also carefully designed these units to feel like home and provide unparalleled privacy for owners.”
