SHENANDOAH, TX—Sam Moon Group Co. will bring a 37,000-square-foot Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park to the Sam Moon Center in July 2018. This is a full-service family indoor trampoline park that will be open to all ages and host a variety of activities and special events such as birthday parties, corporate events and youth group activities.

“Partnering with the Sam Moon Center will bring an exciting family entertainment atmosphere to this area and will change the game for The Woodlands trade area,” says Jennifer Sieracki, franchise owner of Urban Air Houston area.

Sam Moon Center is a retail and entertainment shopping center located in the 70-acre development known as Metropark in The Woodlands trade area of North Houston. Urban Air is the only entertainment center of this scale in The Woodlands area. Special to the Sam Moon Center, The Woodlands Urban Air will include indoor skydiving, rope courses, sky riders, climbing walls, warrior obstacle courses, warrior battle beams, tubes obstacle courses, dodgeball courts, slam dunk zone, drop zones, and a full cafe.

“As we began to grow our retail stores, we wanted to begin developing the retail centers they were in as well,” Daniel Moon, vice president and general counsel of the Sam Moon Trading Co., tells GlobeSt.com.

Michael Stern with Edge Realty Partners represented Urban Air in lease negotiations, and Steve Greenberg and Kendall Isben with The Retail Connection represented the landlord.

Metropark is a mixed-use development coming to The Woodlands in 2018. Anchoring this development will be the newest technologies and food offerings from AMC Theatres and Dave & Busters among a mix of new restaurants, retailers, high-end apartments, select and full-service hotels, and office space.

Sam Moon Group was founded in 1984 as a regional wholesaler of general merchandise. It is now a Texas-based parent company operating in a variety of industries such as commercial real estate.
