Michael Stone

NEW YORK CITY—More defections from Cushman's retail bench have jumped to Colliers.

Industry veterans Michael Stone and David Tricarico have been brought on as executive directors while Jedd Horn joins the firm as an associate director. They join industry icons David Green and C. Bradley Mendelson–who headed to the firm from Cushman last November—as well as the expanding retail business handled by Patrick Breslin.

Both Stone and Tricarico were with Cushman for 12 years, each serving most recently as senior director. Previously, Stone was a VP for three years at CBRE, and earlier he toiled at retail specialist RKF for two years. Horn served at Cushman as an associate for three years.

“Attracting such an accomplished retail team as Michael, David and Jedd is a testament to both the excitement surrounding Colliers in the New York Region and the firm's ability to offer opportunities unique in the marketplace,” says Joseph Harbert, Colliers' east region president. “We're growing rapidly, but strategically, by targeting the best commercial real estate professionals in every specialty.”

Stone has completed assignments as both tenant and owner's agent in locations across the country, but primarily focuses on Manhattan, the outer boroughs and the tri-state suburban market. His Stone's client roster encompasses national and international tenants including GoHealth Urgent Care, Citibank, JPMorgan Chase, Verizon, Coldwater Creek and Rain Africa.

He has represented properties for major owners, investors and developers including UDR, Inc., the Lefrak Organization, SJP Properties, the Durst Organization, LCOR, Spear Street, Kushner Companies, Onyx Equities, the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, and John Hancock.
