Bycor Begins Spec Project

Ground has broken on the 47,937-sf Wineridge Business Park industrial project.

SAN DIEGO—Construction is under way on a 47,937-sf speculative industrial building in the Wineridge Business Park. San Diego-based Bycor General Contractors Inc. is building the $1.8-million project for Andreasen Business Center LLC on 4.4 acres, according to Scott Kaats, Bycor’s chief executive officer. Scripps Bank is financing the project, which is expected to be finished in October. Locally based JRM Real Estate is developing the asset on behalf of Andreasen Business Center LLC. Business Real Estate Brokerage Co./NAI is in charge of leasing the building.
