Prior to those deals, Newmark negotiated a 40,000-sf, long-term deal with the New York State Labor Department at the 150,000-sf facility. After Nestle relocated in the early1980s, the asset was occupied by Nynex until the mid-1990s. The RPW Group, a Westchester-based developer and property owner, acquired the vacant property in April 1999.
