Although the site has up to 500,000 sf of development capacity, the firm has rejected an office component. "The site is very narrow and really doesn't lend itself to an office development," says Rob Stewart, JBG partner.
JBG is already active in the Arlington County submarket. It's a partner with Steuart Investments in the 1801 N. Lynn St. office building, a 350,000-sf asset presently under construction, and with TrizecHahn in the planned Waterview project.
