Lauderdale, Boca Firms Merge

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL-Brokerage firm finds good fit with property management mate.

Rotella Group Inc. of Ft. Lauderdale and the RJS/Jackson Management Group of Boca Raton are now the Rotella Toroyan Clinton Group with a Ft. Lauderdale headquarters. The companies have been in the real estate business for a combined 60 years.

The marriage was ideal for both parties. Rotella Group provides brokerage services for investors, owners and users in the retail, restaurant, office and industrial property sectors. RJS/Jackson, headed by Donald J. Clinton, focuses on property management, leasing and redevelopment of office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties. Bill Rotella and A.T. Toroyan are Rotella Group’s principals. Both firms are members of RealSource, a network of a dozen brokerages in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic states. The group’s quarterly meeting is Aug. 3-4 in Ft. Lauderdale.
