At Aon Center, 200 E. Randolph St., DDB Chicago leased 32,100 sf and now occupies nine floors within the building. DDB Worldwide is the largest agency network in the United States and third in the world, with 206 offices in 98 countries.
Agency.com leased 32,500 sf at 225 N. Michigan Ave. Agency.com, an Internet professional services firm with more than 1,400 employees in five countries, outgrew its home at 400 W. Erie St. It now occupies the entire 21st floor of the building.
Porter Novelli took a 26,100-sf lease, also at 225 N. Michigan Ave. Founded in 1972, Porter Novelli is one of the world's largest public relations firms, with offices in 93 cities and 52 countries. The firm relocated from its long-time home at 303 E. Wacker Dr.
