Also helping to bring the property up to full occupancy were three other leases. First Presbyterian Church of Orlando took 11,600 sf in the building's lower level for its administration office. The law firm of Rush, Marshall, Jones and Kelly renewed its 8,290-sf lease on the fifth floor for an eight-year term. James Strickland Barber renewed its 1,000 sf retail lease for another five years. Besides the total 83,890 sf leased at Magnolia Place, Jones Lang LaSalle agents co-brokered an additional 113,890 sf at four other Downtown Orlando office properties in the past 90 days.
