Phase Two Begins at Sugar Land Office Park

A 70,000-sf office building marks the launch of phase two for an office park in Sugar Land in the southwestern suburbs of Houston.

HOUSTON—Turner Adreac Development will construct a four-story office building in the Sugar Land community in the southwest suburbs of Houston. The 70,000-sf building, Sugar Creek Place II, will be located at the northwest corner of the Southwest Freeway and Commerce Green Blvd. Healix Ltd., which provides home health-care and other health-related services, will move its headquarters from Houston into 30,000 sf of the new building. The office project was launched two years ago with construction of a six-story 154,000-sf office building, Sugar Creek Place, on an adjacent tract.
