The relocation to the class A building is a major expansion for the company "When I joined Korn/Ferry International in the early '90s, we had a staff of 12," says Terence McGovern, managing director of Korn/Ferry International. "We now have 55 people and expect to have close to 80 in our new location."

The desire for a first-class address and the shortage of class A building availability in the area posed a formidable challenge for Korn/Ferry, McGovern adds. "There is not a large selection of class A buildings on the market," he says.
