Trammell Crow Breaks Ground for Spec Building

WEST WINDSOR, NJ—Dallas-based Trammell Crow has started work on a 72,000-sf, three-story spec office building in this Princeton area township that is scheduled for occupancy in December. Crow’s first effort here, the 140,000-sf 600 Alexander Park building was completed last year and is almost 100% leased.

The new building, to be known as 700 Alexander Park, sits along the burgeoning Princeton/Route 1 corridor in close proximity to the Princeton Hyatt Regency. Nearby tenants include Berlitz, Hillier Group, Merrill Lynch and Mathematica Policy Research. Among the tenants at No. 600 are Gibson & Co. and Trammell Crow’s regional offices.
