TCS will manage and lease the property, located at the corner of Eleven Mile Road and Center Drive in Southfield, MI. Constructed on nearly five acres of land, Southfield Crossing features grass on all four sides of the building, emphasizing its office focus, yet it has the flexibility to accommodate an overhead door if requested by a tenant.

According to William Harvey, senior vice president and head of Transwestern's Detroit office, Sverdrup was looking for a site in which to consolidate its growing Michigan headquarters from Novi and Auburn Hills. Sverdrup will occupy nearly half of the new project and has signed a long-term lease with a renewal option. "This will be the first of many development opportunities in the Detroit area in which Transwestern will become involved," Harvey adds.
