Covalex, a business-to-business company with a Web site that links buyers and sellers in the chemical industry, signed a six-year, 12,000-sf sublease at 125 S. Wacker Dr. in Downtown Chicago. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Jones Lang LaSalle represented Xerox, sublessor of the space. The lease is valued at $1.2 million.
