TMA, which provides a range of systems engineering, logistics, project management and information technology services, is one of several government contractors moving into the nation's capital. They're following the Naval Sea Systems Command, which is crossing the Potomac from Arlington to the Navy Yard and one of Washington's most undeveloped neighborhoods. Between Navsea and contractors, about 10,000 workers are expected to move into the area through next year.
