Who says you can’t go home again? Not Spaulding & Slye Colliers. Nearly a decade after leaving its longtime base at Burlington’s New England Executive Park, the real estate services firm is said to be leasing an estimated 65,000 sf at Landmark IV, a four-story office building under construction in that suburban Boston community. The company, now headquartered in Boston, will reportedly move its suburban operations to the 93,000-sf structure when completed early next year.

“We’re adding a lot of new bodies,” says one company executive in explaining the move. Spaulding & Slye is exclusive leasing agent for the building, which is being developed by Freeman Associates.
