The partnership is managed by Mark McLaren and John Tworoger. They expect to begin construction of the ocean-view project this fall and complete the job in the first quarter of next year.
The seller is another private partnership, known as BTINVII LLC. The San Diego office of Business Real Estate Brokerage Co./NAI represented both sides in the land sale and will also handle the new building's marketing.
