“Not to worry,” Hsu tells GlobeSt.com. “That’s the easy part. We have an excellent start on that front.” He says that because his analysts, California-based Economic Research Associates, assure him the payback on the investment should be three years. “We figured five, so this pleases us immensely,” Hsu says.
