Holloway has 25 years' experience in management and finance. A certified public accountant, she served as president and CEO of Dupuis & Ryden, a CPA firm headquartered in Flint, and chairman of BKR International. She has also served as vice president of system development for a major Michigan health-cares system and as president of her own consulting concern, advising clients on management, strategic planning and project management.
e-Cognita sells software to automate commercial real estate lending for lenders, lawyers and all other parties involved in the transactions. The software uses Web collaboration to help automate, streamline and manage the loan process.
