Town & Country Homes, a family-owned residential developer, will build a new office headquarters for itself in Lombard, a west Chicago suburb. FCL Builders Inc. is the design/build firm for the project, which is scheduled for completion in December. Dobrin + Associates is project architect.

Currently leasing space in west suburban Westchester, IL, Town & Country will relocate the 35,800-sf facility near the intersection of Highland Avenue and Eastgate Road in Lombard. The firm, which will own the precast structure, will house its corporate headquarters in about 25,000 sf and lease out the remaining space.

Established in 1958, Town & Country currently builds homes in Illinois, Florida and Minnesota. Its new facility will include more office space, a state-of-the-art training room, lunchroom, parking, landscaped grounds and a retention pond.
