Heller, Dennis McConnell and Peter W. Hamburger have been promoted to senior director of the NJ brokerage group. Miller has completed transactions for Prudential, Time-Warner, Nestle and Unilever, and is the corporate account executive for Frito-Lay and FedEx. Heller recently negotiated the sale of Kemper Insurance's 130,000-sf regional HQ in Summit; McConnell lately represented Sprint PCS in more than 1.5 million sf nationwide; and Hamburger recently represented tenant and owner on such assignments as the 360,000-sf build-to-suit distribution center in South Brunswick for Tommy Hilfiger and the 369,000-sf J. Crew warehouse in Edison.
