Robert J. Donnelly has been named executive vice president of Cushman & Wakefield’s New Jersey division, the first individual outside the company’s NYC HQ to receive the title. He has been the top C&W leasing broker in NJ for more than 10 years.
C&W has also appointed Jules J. Nissim as director of its NJ brokerage group. He has orchestrated sales and leasing transactions in excess of $100 million. Also, Leonard T. Miller, Jeffrey L. Heller, Dennis McConnell and Peter W. Hamburger have been promoted to senior director of the NJ brokerage group. Miller has completed transactions for Prudential, Time-Warner, Nestle and Unilever, and is the corporate account executive for Frito-Lay and FedEx. Heller recently negotiated the sale of Kemper Insurance’s 130,000-sf regional HQ in Summit; McConnell lately represented Sprint PCS in more than 1.5 million sf nationwide; and Hamburger recently represented tenant and owner on such assignments as the 360,000-sf build-to-suit distribution center in South Brunswick for Tommy Hilfiger and the 369,000-sf J. Crew warehouse in Edison.
