The eight-story, 135,808-sf office building and an adjacent garage is located between 107th and 108th Avenues Northeast on the south side of Northeast Second Street. The buyer is connected to Pistol Creek, which is run by Bruce McCaw, president of PacWest Racing Group LLC and brother of telecommunications magnate Craig McCaw.
Neither Bruce McCaw or Pistol Creek could immediately be reached for comment. Kidder Mathews & Segner represented the buyer in the deal. Tenants of Pacific First Plaza include Evergreen Title Co. Inc., and Berntson, Porter & Co., an accounting firm.
