Innovative Developers of Ft. Worth will construct a 23,000-sf building for Frost Bank as part of a city plan for municipal office, retail and indoor swimming complex.
The Frost Bank Professional Center will house bank offices in 8,000 sf of the main floor and professional tenants on the upper level. Construction is tentatively set to begin Oct. 1, with completion expected in nine months. The bank center will be built at the southwest corner of Keller Parkway and Country Brook Lane, where a traffic signal is planned to control possible traffic congestion from the development of Keller Town Center. The developer bought the site from Doug Gilliland.
