UBS Warburg, the investment banking and securities division of UBS, provides wholesale financial and investment products and advisory services to institutional, corporate and private clients worldwide. UBS Asset Management, including Brinson Partners and O¡ÇConnor, as well as UBS Warburg, will relocate from multiple locations in downtown Chicago.
"The One North Wacker technology platform includes oversized risers, capacity for back-up generators and redundant power sources," says Drew Nieman, principal at the John Buck Co. The Chicago-based architectural firm of Lohan Associates designed the building. Occupancy is planned for third quarter 2001.
