.Trophy Investments is developing the 9.4-acre tract that will also feature a McDonald's and 14,000 sf additional retail space. A cleaners and hair salon have already signed leases for the development's first phase, which is expected to be completed by November.
Trophy's owner, David Burgher, recently finalized the purchase of a neighboring 3.7-acre parcel for a second building phase. The acreage takes up the southeast corner of Texas 114 and US 377.
