"We've already have seen a couple of deals looking at both buildings," Melvin Mark's Pat Schreck told GlobeSt.com. "It's basically an infill situation. There's a lot of demand out there, and not a lot of supply."
The first two buildings at the eventual 310,000-sf park were build-to-suits for PacifiCare and MedicaLogic. The third building was spec, but MedicaLogic ended up expanding into the whole building.
Melvin Mark and Schnitzer hope to break ground on the project in the next three months. If they hit the mark, the building should be available for occupancy in March or April of next year.
