Occupying more than two-thirds of the 36-acre Warm Springs Corporate Center will be Asyst Technologies. The company has agreed to buy a 450,000-square-foot build-to-suit R&D complex that will be erected on 27 of the 36 acres.

Two additional spec buildings, one 69,000 sf and the other 67,000 sf, are planned for the remaining acreage. Trumark hopes to begin construction this fall and have the first buildings ready for occupancy in August 2001. CPS, the Commercial Property Services Co., is marketing the two-story structures for Trumark.

Trumark purchased the land for Warm Springs earlier this year from Adaptec for an undisclosed sum. Commercial Property Services Co. represented Trumark in the deal with Adaptec and the subsequent land sale to Asyst. Cornish & Carey/Oncor International represented Asyst.
