Kessinger/Hunter & Co. represented the landlord, KPERS, in the land sale transaction. The Trammell Crow Co. negotiated the sale for the buyer, which is currently headquartered in St. Louis, MO. The new building, located at 9735 Commerce Parkway, will include 12,300 sf of office space, as well as a 2,200-sf retail sales counter. Warehouse space will total 22,140 sf, and the building will have the capacity to expand up to 63,000 sf.
