Glaser will administer the construction loan and service the $15 million permanent mortgage for Skyline Towers Apartments, a 506-unit apartment property being renovated in St. Paul. Other big projects include a $14.5 million permanent mortgage for the Rivers Apartments, a 176-unit independent senior housing and assisted living property in Burnsville, MN, and a $13.7 million permanent mortgage for Salem Green Apartments, a 320-unit property located in Inver Grove Heights, MN.
Glaser also will monitor the construction loan and service the $29 million permanent mortgage financing for the new construction and rehabilitation of American Can Apartments, a 268-unit apartment building being renovated and expanded in New Orleans, LA.
